Digital Product License Overview

Products included in Capri & Co Digital Vault may come with personal use, commercial use, resell rights, or private label rights depending on the package purchased. Your license type will be clearly stated in your order confirmation.

Resell Rights

If your store package includes resell rights, you may sell the finished digital products to your own customers as-is or lightly customized. You keep 100% of the revenue from sales you make. Resell rights do not grant you the right to claim original authorship of the products.

What You May NOT Do

You may not resell, redistribute, or give away editable source files, Canva templates, master product files, supplier folders, or Capri & Co internal materials unless written permission is provided.

You may not claim ownership of the original Capri & Co Digital Vault framework or resell Capri & Co's done-for-you store setup service as your own without written permission.

Digital Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.

Service Work

Custom service work (resumes, logos, store setups, social media profiles, etc.) completed by Capri & Co is delivered to the client for their personal or business use. You may not resell completed service deliverables as a service offering without written permission from Capri & Co.
